It might not be snowing here in Florida, but we're still going to celebrate winter the best way we know how -- by learning about animals!

At Winter Zoo Camp, kids in grades K-5 will have a chance to spend their days observing Jacksonville's wildest residents, discovering which animals love the cold and which ones would rather stay nice and warm.
They will also play games, create projects, and meet animal ambassadors.

Pick one day or sign up for all 3!

December 27: Brrrds
Birds may be small and delicate, but they can handle themselves in the cold! Come learn about how our feathered friends keep their temperatures up all over the world.

December 28: Ice Age
Not all animals like snow and ice, but the ones that do have extraordinary adaptations to survive in extreme climates. This day is all about exploring weather that's anything but tropical.

December 29: Hi-bear-nation
Ever wanted to curl up and hide under the blankets all winter? Some animals take the season off and don't emerge until the temperature increases. Discover which animals are more likely to snooze than to enjoy the wintry weather.
