Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens is proud to host the Zoos and Aquariums Committing to Conservation (ZACC) conference from January 22-26, 2018. This conference brings together zoo professionals from all departments and field conservationists from around the world for a 5-day event filled with animal and plant conservation, collaboration, motivation and fun.

ZACC Mission Statement
To encourage and promote increased involvement of zoos and aquariums in support of field conservation - locally, nationally and internationally.

About Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens
Situated at the crossroads of the St. Johns River, Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, Jacksonville lays amidst abundant waterways and boasts the largest urban park system in the country, making it a perfect city to host the conference. Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens (JZG) has quickly become a nationally recognized zoo and botanical garden and is consistently ranked among the top facilities in the country. Registration
Registration for the ZACC Conference will be a two-part process. First, you'll need to register through our website (coming soon). Next, you'll need to reserve a room at the host hotel, Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.

Getting to Jacksonville
The zoo is located 1 mile off I-95, just a few miles north of I-10 and a 10-minute drive from the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront is located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville on the St. Johns riverfront providing beautiful views of the skyline during the day and night, and just a 10 minute drive to the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens.
