A big THANK YOU to all who joined us on Wednesday September 27th, 2017  at the Zoo's PepsiCo Foundation Education Campus for our 1st annual Educator Open House!

Upcoming Teacher & Educator Workshops

Whether you are a classroom teacher, home schooling parent, museum or park service educator, the Zoo’s Education Department Teacher & Educator Workshops are geared to help you engage your students in environmental education.

This is a combo workshop - Aquatic WILD and Flying WILD.   Participating educators will receive two curriculum guides.

Flying WILD is targeted for the middle-school audience, though widely adaptable.  It offers practical hands-on classroom and outdoor field investigation experiences connecting real-world experiences in bird biology, conservation and natural history. 

Aquatic WILD offers practical, hands-on classroom and outdoor field investigation activities connecting real world experiences in aquatic biology, conservation, and natural history.
